Little Orange Goes Big is an immersive gallery take-over featuring new work by Little Orange Studio artists. Foregrounding the ethos and energy of the studio, the exhibition will seek to explore the relationships and inspirations that drive each artists’ practice.  

Visitors can expect an immersion of mysticism and magic, psychedelic colour, zentangle patterns and scenes populated with confectionery, butterflies and picnics. The exhibition will be accompanied by a lively public program of workshops and events which will see the space activated by performance and collaboration. 

Following the success of the C-A-C Sundown Sessions program, the artists hosted a special after hours experience to celebrate the exciting opening of 'Little Orange Goes Big'.

On the night, visitors attended talks from some of our exhibiting artist and engage in an artmaking drop-in space inspired by the work of Imogen Jade. Grab a cocktail and a slice of cake to celebrate the official opening of the exhibition. This event was Auslan interpreted.

About Little Orange
Little Orange is a working studio at Campbelltown Arts Centre for artists who identify as a person with disability, d/Deaf and Hard of Hearing and/or Disabled Creatives. Since 2014 the studio has fostered artistic practice through the provision of materials, mentorships, business training and access to industry professionals. Working across a broad range of mediums including drawing, painting, ceramics, sculpture and performance, the studio provides the artists with a platform to develop and launch their careers.
