Jack and the Beanstalk – a Musical Fairy Tale, is a sophisticated new theatre work for children aged 8-10 years old written and directed by the Italian artist, Chiara Guidi of Societas Raffaello Sanzio. Developed by CAC, in collaboration with Jeff Stein, it is the result of a 2010 CAC Masterclass residency ‘The Art of Play’ which introduced 15 Contemporary Australian Theatremakers to Chiara’s methodology.

This significant new work will have its international premiere at CAC in June before embarking on a national tour in 2015.
