As of 2014, Campbelltown’s population was close to 146,000 with over 33,000 of young people between the ages of 15 and 29, this percentage taking up 22% of the overall population.

The List invites 12 professional arts practitioners to create new works through creating linkages directly with young people in the community. The project aims to establish viable relationships with schools, support organisations and young people in the local area. The project will bridge the gap, creating strong and sustainable associations between community and the contemporary arts practice.

The new works will be reflective of the artist’s investigation into the current issues young people have in the community. The project is reliant of research and consultation with the community, specifically schools and support organisations for young people.
