A total of 13 artists were invited to participate in the second stage of the project by the initial curatorial team of Lisa Havilah, Director of Campbelltown Arts Centre, Aaron Seeto, Director of 4A Centre for Contemporary Asian Art and Dr Thomas J. Berghuis, Lecturer in Asian Art at the University of Sydney. These 13 artists represented a diverse range of cultural backgrounds, including Aboriginal, Maori, Samoan, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Lebanese, South African, Mauritian, and American backgrounds. The 2012 exhibition outcome was presented across two venues at Campbelltown Arts Centre (14 January ‐ 18 March 2012) and 4A Centre for Contemporary Asian Art (14 January – 3 March 2012). This exhibition presented a combination of existing and new works by the 13 artists by means of introducing the three‐year project within the context of the 2012 Sydney Festival.
